MTA serves Kindergarten through 8th grade. Kindergarten is co-ed, with separate boys' and girls' divisions in grades 1-8. Families interested in Pre-K are welcome to ask about availability.

We believe mastery can happen during the school day without the pressure of tests and homework in the elementary grades. We give assessments, but we do not call them tests. We assign reading review, but we do not call it homework. The goal is a love of learning and skills for life, with less anxiety attached.
Limudei Kodesh covers Chumash, Navi, Tefilah, Mishna, Gemara, Halacha and Yahadus, taught for text skills so students can learn independently. General studies follow three principles: engage, challenge, inspire.

Yes. We secured funding for low-cost busing and currently run three direct routes: Coral Springs and Boca Raton, North Miami Beach, and Hollywood. If your family is along one of those routes, there is room on the bus.
Every family applying to MTA, including families who do not need tuition assistance, applies through Step Up For Students at StepUpForStudents.org and sends us the approval or denial letter.
MTA does not offer internal school-funded scholarships, but our admissions team will help you understand which outside programs your family qualifies for. Refer a family who enrolls and you receive a $500 credit.

Most families start with a private tour. From there you apply online through ParentLocker with your supporting documents, book a family evaluation meeting, and then sit Hashkafa and Academic interviews with Rabbi Yachnes and the admissions team. Accepted families receive an enrollment packet and secure their seat with the $1,000 deposit.
Seats are open for the current school year as well as next, so it is worth reaching out even mid-year.
